In 2021, York Area Housing Group changed its doing business as (DBA) name to Affordable Housing Advocates to reflect the renewed commitment of the organization to provide quality, affordable housing in our community.  We have proudly served the York County community for 50 years!Through our related entities, we own, manage, and develop affordable housing.  We specialize in a variety of housing types:  HUD (Section 8, HOME), USDA Rural Development, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs.  We are also recognized as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO).
