Untapped Talent: Hiring & Retaining Individuals with a Criminal Background presented by JEVS Human Services
This free 4-week class happening 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, and 10/28 will offer insight for employers and reentry professionals on how to improve their hiring and retention processes. The goal of the courses is to offer insight to both parties on how to make hiring and retaining individuals with criminal backgrounds an efficient, inclusive, and mutually beneficial process. Topic areas include Interviewing, Hiring Process – drug screening, background checks, identification and more, Hiring Incentives, Onboarding, and Retention – tapping existing community supports.
