Jack Giambalvo Motor Company is now hiring an Automotive Parts Specialist at our Stetler dealership. Ideal candidates will have auto parts experience, computer skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist technicians with ordering new, used and aftermarket parts for all makes and models. If the part is not in stock, determine availability and submit an emergency order if requested. Inspect parts as they arrive for any damage or defect. Call vendors if repair time is required. Dispatch parts to assigned technician when job arrives. Assist technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process. Order parts not in stock.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Minimum of two years of experience in an automotive parts department (preferred). Professional personal appearance. Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several technicians or vendors at a time. Will be required to wear a dealership-provided uniform. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
