• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, schedule varies
• $19.25/hr
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, Receive ACRE or CESP certification within 60 days of hire
• Support people with disabilities as they enter the workforce, working with them to maintain competitive integrated employment, learn job tasks and adjust to their new role
• Gauge challenges and develop strategies to overcome
• Facilitate trainings for tasks specific to the individual’s job
• Collaborate and liaise with employers to provide a positive work environment
• Be an advocate; maintain accurate and thorough documentation

Education requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with adults with disabilities in employment settings, OR
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, disability services, social services, business, education, or other related field
