General Requirements & Skills
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities in the commercial cleaning sector.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct in-person meetings, phone calls, and presentations to prospective clients to promote our services.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
- Track and report sales metrics and performance regularly.
- Attend industry-related trade shows and networking events to promote our services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential areas for growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to network and build relationships effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
