• $1,000 Sign-on Bonus, $500 paid upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and then $500 paid after 180 days; must be hired on or before 12/23/24.  Former staff must be separated for at least 6 months to be eligible for the sign on bonus.

• Responsible for supervision of 4-6 residential programs
• Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
• Supervisory experience is required

• Basic computer skills required

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, or
• An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years work experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities
