Qualifications

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Open CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Google Ads, programmatic advertising, or social media platforms.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, resolving concerns, and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and identify opportunities.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and advertising packages tailored to client goals.
- Revenue Generation:
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Cross-sell and upsell services to maximize client spending potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Data & Reporting:
- Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management review.
- Maintain updated records of client accounts and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to ensure successful campaign delivery.
